Do you deliver all over Lebanon, and how much does it cost?

Yes. Delivery is a flat $5 anywhere in Lebanon and usually arrives in 1–3 business days. Express delivery can be chosen at checkout for an extra fee.

Can I order on WhatsApp?

Yes. Send us the product link on WhatsApp (+961 81 432 136), Monday to Friday 10:00–18:00 and Saturday 10:00–15:00, and we'll confirm the price, stock and delivery for you.

Are your laptops new or used?

Each product shows its condition on the page: New · Sealed, Open box, Factory certified or Used. Most laptops are brand new and sealed.

What warranty do I get?

Laptops come with a 1-year warranty covering all components, batteries with 1 year and chargers/adapters with 3 months. Physical damage, liquid damage and electric shock are not covered. Read the full warranty terms.

Can I return a product?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 1 day of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Items not as described are always accepted and we cover the shipping.

Do you sell laptop screens, keyboards and batteries?

Yes. NCS stocks replacement screens, keyboards, batteries and chargers for hundreds of HP, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, MSI and Apple MacBook models. Search by your model number or send us a photo of the label on WhatsApp.
